STUDENTS/FAMILIES: Household must have a student in K-12 and/or college that has been displaced or impacted by COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic and doesn’t have Internet access at home.

SENIORS: Must be 65 years or older and eligible for or receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Does not have an outstanding balance with Optimum or Suddenlink. Have not been an Optimum or Suddenlink Internet subscriber within the last 60 days.

VETERANS: Must be a Veteran and receive state or federal public assistance. Does not have an outstanding balance with Optimum or Suddenlink. Have not been an Optimum or Suddenlink Internet subscriber within the last 60 days.

UNIVERSAL CRITERIA: Must live in an area where Optimum or Suddenlink Internet service is available.
