Here’s how to qualify:

STUDENTS/FAMILIES: Household must have a student in K-12 and/or college that has been displaced or impacted by COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic and does not have Internet access at home.

SENIORS: Must be 65 years or older and eligible for or receives Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

VETERANS: Must be a Veteran and receive state or federal public assistance.

UNIVERSAL CRITERIA: Does not have an outstanding balance with Optimum. Must live in an area where Optimum Internet service is available. Have not been an Optimum Internet subscriber within the last 60 days. Must provide a valid US Postal Service address when applying.
